Our store is powered by Shopify. Personal information means information that identifies you or can reasonably be connected to you.

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:
- Contact details, including your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, and phone number if provided.

- Device and browsing information, including IP address, approximate location inferred from it, browser and device details, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, and cart activity.
Please provide only information needed for your request. Do not email passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information. When sharing someone else’s information or artwork containing personal information, ensure you have permission or another lawful basis to do so.
- How we collect and use information
We receive information directly from you, automatically through our website, and from providers involved in your transactions, including Shopify, payment providers, and delivery carriers. We may also receive information through your interactions with our social media accounts.
We use information to process payments and orders; prepare custom quotes, proofs, and products; arrange shipping; provide customer accounts and support; communicate about purchases; send subscribed-to marketing emails; improve our store; prevent fraud; maintain business records; and meet legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform a contract, take steps you request before a purchase, meet legal duties, pursue legitimate business interests, or act with your consent. We obtain consent where required.
- When we disclose information
We disclose information as needed to:
- Shopify and providers supporting hosting, checkout, payments, communications, storage, customer service, and analytics.
- Carriers and shipping providers that need recipient and order details to deliver purchases.
- Parties you direct or authorize us to share information with.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, resolve disputes, or protect rights and safety.
- Parties involved in a business sale, merger, or reorganization, subject to applicable law.
Shopify’s enhanced services may also involve information about shopping activity across merchants, as described below. Some advertising-related disclosures can qualify as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under privacy laws even when no money changes hands.
- Shopify and other service providers
Shopify hosts our store and processes information about visits, accounts, checkout, and purchases. Shopify and its service providers may process information outside your country.
Shopify enhanced features, where enabled, may combine interactions with our store with interactions involving other merchants and Shopify to support services such as personalization, analytics, advertising, and fraud prevention.
Shopify is responsible for certain processing it undertakes for its own purposes. Shop Pay and other Shopify consumer services are subject to Shopify’s applicable notices.

- Retention and security
We retain information according to its purpose and applicable requirements. Order records may be needed for fulfillment, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and disputes. Account details may be retained while an account is maintained. Custom-order files and correspondence may be retained for quotes, production, service requests, and related disputes.
